做法一
(1)水发茶树菇洗净,切成段,下入沸水锅中氽一水捞出;红椒切成菱形块。
(2)净锅上火,放入红油烧热,先下入辣椒酱、蚝油炒香,再倒入茶树菇煸炒,掺少许清水,调入精盐、白糖、老抽、味精,稍煮,接着下入油炸蒜仔、红椒块炒拌均匀。
(3)最后淋入香油,起锅盛入锅仔内,点缀上香菜,随配酒精炉上桌即成。

主料:茶树菇、五花肉
辅料:洋葱、姜、小米椒、郫县豆瓣、辣酱、盐、鸡精、酱油、糖、葱
1、茶树菇洗净切段,入开水锅里焯水后捞出沥干水份备用。
2、五花肉切薄片,姜蒜切丝。
3、洋葱和小米椒也切丝备用。
4、锅中放少许底油,下五花肉煸至出油,下姜蒜丝炒香。
5、放入剁碎的郫县豆瓣,辣椒酱炒出香味,倒入洋葱丝和小米椒翻炒。
6、把焯好水的茶树菇放进锅里,继续煸炒4.5分钟的样子。加盐,糖,酱油,鸡精调味后即可。 [1]

2、放入一半洋葱和腊肉翻炒几下,加入料酒、糖和豆豉。
3、倒入生抽翻炒。
4、倒入蚝油翻炒一钟
5、倒入压干茶树菇的原汤一碗。中火烧制汤汁基本收干。
6、炒菜锅汤汁收干前。另起一个锅烧油,将蒜炸成黄色。
7、炒菜中的汤汁基本收干后关火,将炸好的蒜和蒜油倒入锅中。
8、加入香菜、 青红椒翻炒均匀。
9、在炸蒜油的锅底放入另一半洋葱丝。
10、将炒好的 茶树菇盛入小锅内。即可上桌。
